The Adventure Kit distributed by Adam and Eve is like dining at a prix fixe brunch, all the fixings are included. This sexual picnic has got it all: a DVD, a CD, and all the odds and ends that can make for an orgasmic night of sex and seduction. The three multi-colored condoms and Wet brand lubrication packets are always a welcome necessity, and the Touch of Mint condom is a delightful bonus. It tastes deliciously of mint and the flavor was not too Altoid-style overbearing. My roommate tried the minty rubber on for size and noted that it made his cock tingle even a few minutes after removing it.
The pocket rocket is essentially the gateway into the world of vibrators. The standard issue all-white plastic clit/dick stimulator has an almost medical feel to it. The dildo is a small, about three inches, hard cylinder with three protruding ball bearings at the tip. The toy comes with four interchangeable tops varying in bumps and softness. This is a good pocket rocket to use during foreplay while stimulating other parts of each other's bodies with tongues and fingers.
The DVD included in the sex sampler set is entitled “Kink Club” and comes packaged as a campy knock off of Fight Club. The run time is a whooping three hours, making this a porn of Titanic proportion. The scene selections offer a smorgasbord of fetish interests. Chains, shaving, anal, swing, latex, gas mask, did I mention shaving? Dominatrix, strap-on, metallic, and fetish clothing. This is a veritable all-you-can-sex buffet. The vast array of sex scenes is a big plus for couples that want to explore all sides of sex play from the comfort of their own homes, or sex dungeons.
The tastefully decorated scenes show a classy pillaging of orifices with just a sprinkling of shoe worship. Kink Club has a semi-instructional feel with the actors delivering Oscar-worthy lines like, "Most guys say that they don't like having their ass played with, but not you honey.” It is clear that this DVD is intended for couples to view together, rather than the husband having to stash it in the woods behind the house in a trash bag buried in dirt. The penetration and play is done at a slow enough pace that tips and tricks could easily be picked up along the way. During my viewing, my roommate walked into the room, looked at the screen, and yelped, “double taint shot!” Then we both agreed that there was nothing sexy about that.
The CD that is included is entitled “Surrender” and the cover is awash of skin, lips and overall sexiness. Usually my lovemaking’s musical accompaniment consist of Portishead or Britney Spears, so this could be a refreshing change. Slow, sultry electric jazz filled the room with song titles ranging from sensual (Surrender and Love Garden) to confusing (Funkaholic and Funkinhappin). Overall, the music is rather cheesy and would make anyone feel as if they were having sex in a Showtime Late Night movie. Which may be a plus for some? The raunchiness, and I mean that in the best way, of the DVD and the soft-core jazz of the CD don’t make for the best, pardon the pun, bedfellows.
The Adventure Collection is pretty straightforward, and by that I mean it is ideal for straight couples. All in all, this kit is a pretty good humping helper if a couple is looking for a fun night exploring a smattering of different teasers and pleasers. AdventureCollection
