James Randy Moss, the Tennessee Trooper who resigned last month following a sex scandal with adult film star Barbie Cummings, now finds himself surrounded by an increasing amount of suspicion. An investigation into all records of the former trooper’s on duty activities has uncovered over 25 traffic stops proving to be questionable and worth further investigation.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) accepted Moss’ resignation after finding that the officer did engage in sexual behavior with the porn starlet while on duty. The encounter led the THP to investigate Moss’ on-duty behaviors prior to the incident. The investigation has now grown to the point of calling in help from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the FBI in order to assess the possibility of similar incidents having happened in the past.

Just after the public release of Moss and Cummings’ intimate traffic stop several other women came forward with similar stories. These claims will also be investigated. To date, Moss has had no charges filed against him for his interaction with Cummings or in relation to any of the other suspect behavior.
